Best restaurants in Palm Springs?

My partner and I are going to Palm Springs next week for vacation. We have picked out a few restaurants to dine at (Peaks, Spencer's, Las Casuelas Terraza) but we'd like to know of a few other places to go to. Fine dining, casual, family, etc; any type of restaurant will do. We like all different types of cuisine. Thank you for your help!
