How can u tell if she likes me?

i have known her like for 2 yrs already and i liked her at first glance. i asked her out twice, da first try she said "no" because her "bestfriend" told her dat she could get a better looking person or she could do better, and the second chance she said yes but it really did not last long at all... literally, but den 2 months passed by and we started to talk again and we play around, we txt and all but nuthing is dere.. probably a little but like a friendly talk...idk i cant explain it its confusing, physically she is a playfull person but mentally she makes me dink.. sometimes our eyes meets and we just stare for a couple of seconds and gone, idk if she likes me or starting to like me, but shes unique in a way like she dosent really show her feelings towards someone unless she alone with dat person talking seriouse... the bad side is that she is really really shy depending on da person she is with...shes shy and likes to change da topics of da convo all da time.. and i wanna noe how i can tell if she likes me or not? can sumone plz help me on how she might show if she likes me or not? or da way she talks to me.. im so confuse
