I was looking online for info on a browning sauce?

And came across this. In food photography, hamburger patties are superficially cooked, the edges browned with a torch and the meat made to look more appetizing with a colorant. The edges of melted cheese slices may be brushed with household cleaner to make them look melted longer. White glue may be used in lieu of milk. Fresh looking bubbles on the surface of drinks are created by applying a mixture of the drink and detergent to the surface with an eye dropper. Etc., etc. Next time I pull up in my car to a drive-thru I won't be looking at the photos. =[ Lol, YA wants this in Ethnic cuisine.
