Quaker parrot behavor?

i bought a 8 month old quaker,,we have had her about 3 months and she is not very playfull in her cage.she has plenty of toys but just sits there in one place.she is eating just fine.she doesnt make any kind of noise except for some screaming in the morning.is this normal and will she get more playfull?
