Would a dishwasher be suitable?

We cook Indian food nearly every night and I throw everything in the dishwasher and never had a problem. We just got a new house and purchased a GE dishwasher and it works great. The only dishwasher detergents I would recommend are Cascade (which I believe goes by the name of Fairy in the UK...you mentioned European cuisine, so I wasn't sure where you were located.) and Finish. I've tried others, but they never work as well at removing stuck on food bits or oil from the dishes. Also, these two detergents never leave a residue on the dishes... I've had problems with some other detergents leaving a film on glasses.
