My Cat Is A Bit Naughty?

Okay So Ive Got 2 Cats Both From A RSPCA One Is A Girl One Is A Boy. The Boy Is Really Cheeky. He Dosent Like Wee And Poo On The Floor But .... When We Go Out He Jumps On The Door Handle To Open The Door And He Does It At Like 3o Clock In The Morning Aswell. He IS Also Always Fighting When I Go To Stroke Him He Just Scratches And Bites And He Does It TTo My Other Cat Aswell. The Girl CAt Howether IS Always Meowing And I Dont KNow Why And She In Never Playfull. Both Of The Cats Are 1 Year Old. And There Not Cuddly At All Either. What Do I Do
