I really need some advice on my cousin.?

It seems like she has bipolar disorder and depression and anger problems. Perhaps she has forced herself to think that she doesn't need help and is fine. She probably doesnt want to seek help. I would call a psychiatrist and explain the symptoms and ask for opinions and advice. They can certainly help because after all they are professionals!
