Very confused, please help with Ferret!?

My ferrets ear has bloody wax coming out of it. A LOT. it looks really gross and he squeeks in pain all the time and hes not very playfull anymore, i try to wash it off but it doesnt come off because the wax is really stuck on him. and it irritates him. There was blood on his foot, but i think it was from scratching his ear. A few days ago my very small doxie tried to bite his head as in a playing way because she thinks its fun, but i stopped her before anything really happend. Could that cause eternal head bleeding or something? I'm really worried, i love this ferret and i dont know whats happening.
