At the beginning u HAVE to be sure about her , like are you sure about your feelings for her ? if you are then you should make a move cuz she looks like she is trying to hard and you are acting like you aren't interested ! , if you aren't sure about your feelings then you should NOT do anything until you are sure and it is soooo clear that she likes you ..
