Started my period but headaches and highfever..not normal?

When I get my period I normally get a lot of tension in my legs. This time, it started on tuesday and I didn't have any pain. Its been extremely light since then. Wednesday afternoon, driving home I got really dizzy and could barely hold my head up. My jaw felt swollen. I came home and took a nap. It hurt to put any pressure on my head, and when I woke up my temp was 101.8. Since then its been hovering around that. I've had a hard time walking around and I can't stand for long periods of time. What do I do?
