Hello.What is your best world cuisine?

The French take eating very seriously. I lived there for a while and loved it. From the street food to fine dining, homecooked (eaten outside in the garden), it was all fabulous. Oh-the bread! yum. Petit pain, poulet/frite, le fromage, cream fraiche avec des grossiers un peu du vin-c'est bon!
