Is the Oxbow Cavy Cuisine sold at Petsmart of the same quality as the one at feed stores or?

Is it a lower quality food they do specifically for Petsmart?? I had to get my guinea pig's food there because the feed store had closed like 3 minutes prior to my arrival but the packaging is very different and I do wonder if it is actually the same food..
