Please help! my cockatiel is making weird like coughing or sneezing sounds.?

when he does it his mouth opens, his droppings are normal, hes eating normal, and he is still his playfull self, hes not puffed up, theres nothing abnormal other than the sounds that i just noticed this morning..... does anyone know what this is? ive also had him for about 13 years
