DO NOT eat lean cuisine meals if you are talking about the frozen ones, while they are low cal the have a TON of sodium which makes you retain water, and also to help you cut out a few more calories, instead of drinking low fat or skim milk, drink/eat your cereal with unsweetened almond milk, it has more calcium than regular milk and only has 35 calories a cup
