Why can't I lose weight? Is my diet wrong? PLEASE HELP?

In order to lose weight you need to burn more calories than the ones you eat, and also exercise in order to change your matabolism with diets is not enough. I recommend you to go to a specialist who can give a plan that works for your body and metabolism to stick to. Sometimes overweight is a hormonal issue more complex than controlling what you eat and counting calories. Try eating more times during the day in small portions.
